Download Microsoft translate onto your phone. You can then use the app with tour phone camera to translate each page and save the translation to your phone for offline use. Got me out of trouble quite a few times with equipment ive bought from china and only had Chinese instructions.
It wont be exact of course, but will be pretty good.
