Which oil?
Hi all,
Just wondering what oil would be best to use, the car is a 350hp 2005 Subaru STi Type 25 (blobeye). Car isn't tracked just used for daily driving and the odd spirited drive. Going through the history it looks like 10w/40 semi Synthetic has been used by Surrey Subaru Specialists so I guess this would be ideal? I've heard that 10w/60 is also an option? Also which brand to go for? I noticed Millers Oil have different variants such as Nanodrive EE and Trident? What spark plugs should be fitted? Best Regards, Subaru Collector 555. |
Millers CFS 10w60 fully synthetic competition oil would go well in that I should think. Very good quality oil that is.
Been using it in my forged Hawk Spec D (342 horses) with no problems. Lasts the test of time too. Good stuff. |

What's wrong with 10w/60? BTW the car is forged.
