Prodrive PFF7 centre cap sizes
Prodrive PFF7 centre cap sizes. Does anyone know the internal clip diameter and the external diameter? Refurbing my set and need some tidy replica caps but need to know manufacturer sizes.

The centre caps for the 18 pff7s are 60mm

Need a new set of these myself as the set I ordered from Subaru were too small and now looking for a supplier of decent replicas
|
55mm from edge to edge
|
I have bought a set of stickers to go over the original caps off eBay, I haven't put them on yet but they look pretty good quality
|
I've ordered some caps off these chaps, and then I'll get some gel stickers to go on them. I've gone for a 60mm/55.5mm set and see how I go. Otherwise, they do a 59mm/55mm set. It's only 7 quid, so I'll give it a bash.

:DGood call, I didn't really want to put the stickers on the original ones so I will order a set and do the same

Had the centre caps delivered today along with the gel stickers and result! Fit is very good. So, if you want pff7 centre caps it is 60x55.5 from above company, and use a 60 mm gel sticker. Although the cap would probably also take a 59 mm sticker as this the dimension on the spec sheet. I'll have a look at the fit from behind once I have the wheels off, but on first look it seems secure.

Does anyone know if it would be the same size for the OZ Prodrive P1 18" wheels? I need new ones in gold.

cheers for any help I'd like to find similar ones but for the 18" PFF7's. Apparently these are different size? |
I bought fake ones off ebay. Can't tell the difference and binned the oem ones I had as they were rotten.

I’ve just my centre caps for my PFF7’s, just bought universal flat caps and gel stickers to put on them, I think they look good 👍
The size I got were 59 mm outer with a 55mm inner clip diameter. I had to file them down slightly as I think the powder coat is quite thick but they fit ok 👍 The sticker diameter I got was 60mm. https://cimg4.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.sco...baf5158c8.jpeg https://cimg6.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.sco...57a9b0bdb.jpeg |

Hi all. This is the prototype, printed in pla plastic, knocked up from csf's measurements. It fitted first time which was a pleasant surprise!
The proper ones would be in PETG which is a bit more robust material and I could do different logos. I'd suggest they be painted too. https://cimg2.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.sco...8bac4c9cc8.jpg https://cimg5.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.sco...00efb85b1f.jpg https://cimg6.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.sco...0fcf504565.jpg https://cimg7.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.sco...dbe3d38e7c.jpg |
