What is the metal bracket inside my engine bay that's covered in rust
https://cimg0.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.sco...2bdd13e344.jpgIt's the rusty bracket near the bulkhead
It's a long flat bracket that sits under the brake pipes on the air filter side. It seems to have two almost flat large nuts holding it down. I want to take it off and powder coat it. I'm not sure what it is for or how to remove it, can anyone help |
It holds the front subframe to the chassis rails......

Hi, thanks for the quick reply. Where can I get the software to identify the part numbers for other items I need please? Where in the UK can I buy this part, my local Subaru dealer want crazy prices for parts? I have bought from ICP before, but they don't stock this. Do you happen to know what strength of press I would need to replace my front and rear wheel bearings?
kind regards Neil |
