Watching some motocross on the TV, one guy goes from a first turn crash to second place, I comment - 'wow he really pulled that out of the bag didn't he?'

We then move on to a lengthy conversation about where the bag was and she didn't see him holding a bag etc etc

Unbelievable, and yes I truly believe they are all fruitcakes in some form or another..

Lol she sounds like my wife.
Putting on a programme about serial killers she said she couldn't wait to watch this documentary on John West.
Last night she was saying how angry Deidre is in coronation street. It took her a while even after I said 'it's probably because she's been dead for a couple of years'.
And when I asked her if she'd seen cliffhanger she paused for a while and said 'is there a monkey in it?.

Yes, she's blonde lol.

It's amazing how once you're taken out of a rut (either by your own actions or forced upon you), how you can see ex-partners for what they are.

In the last 20 months, my (now ex) girlfriend told me she was leaving with my son, moved out, moved in with a new boyfriend within weeks and has set up home with him.

I didn't see it coming but dealt with it for the sake of my now 6 year old son. Met a lass on Tinder of all places, started seeing her, fell in love, bought a house together (she upped sticks from Wigginton, York and me Scunthorpe to move to a new housing development in Doncaster) and we've just got engaged. All in said 20 months. It just felt right.

I wasn't a perfect boyfriend to my ex but I have now genuinely seen all of the sh1t I put up with for a long time. She's not nuts as such but very up and down and we grew to be different people. Her finishing things after nearly 12 years together was the best thing that could have happened.

New girlfriend is just so much more chilled out and reasonable. 5 years younger than me too and very independent so doesn't need moddy-coddling.

Well, if it's got tyres or tits it's going to be trouble and most likely a money pit.

My Ex was a complete nutter. Spent 6.5 years with her. Constantly arguing with me over nothing. Accusing me of this and that without any evidence to back it up with.

Luckily I got out. Within 1 week she'd met someone else 17 years her senior. They got engaged after the third date, and was married last weekend after 2 years together.

Oh, and the best bit, he's also a Transvestite !! :lol1::lol1::lol1::lol1:

Thankfully I'm now with someone completely opposite. Same interests, has her own little business, and not a single crossed word or argument for the last 18 months. Bliss.

The wife has today off for an eye test. However she got an email yesterday asking why she hadn't turned up, she'd read the date wrong.
