Injectors! Which n who pls

So my old Evo ran ID's

Amazing idle did the job but what's the latest and greatest? Who's are the best

Please give your experiences I know opening a can of worms but it's nice know what people feel.

I'm staying on v.power and my number I think I'm gonna need 11-1200CC hopefully less but using a 75 80 % cycle I'll get a lovely atomised fuel.

There are a lot more brands now, cost tbh isn't really an issue with what's already been spent! Budget was blown with arrow crank!

All your experiences please guys n gals

I've gone for ID1000's, looking for 450ish, I know it's overkill but the price difference is hardly anything between sizes. My parts supplier runs ID2000's at around 450 and it idles rock solid.

I've got id1000 fitted from as performance. I'm at 458 at the minute and there just under 80% with standard regulator. No issues.

It's not about idle, it's about duty and response.

I'm running asnu 800cc @ 530bhp on my 2.5 , good injectors , U.K. Company , recomended by Bob Rawle and work very well

Spray pattern or atomisation of the fuel. ID's do it well which makes them very good at idle

I'm led to believe

Asnu I will look at them

Depends on your power goals I guess.

The new Bosch 1700s are very good by all accounts.

I've got the older Bosch 2200cc (that's not a typo) in mine and they are excellent.

Idle at 900rpm with fantastic driveability.

It's all in the mapping.

Thanks Daz,

The Bosch's are defiantly best in the business. I think the 1300's are what I'll select. Even Bosch say they are better for idle and std fuel.

Possible the 1000's will be "enough" but possible too high and uncomfortable duty cycle. So 1300's will have head room

Ring Phil @ ASNU there injectors are the best hence why all the GTR boys run them I introduced bob rawle to ASNU and if he is now recommending them then you need not go anywhere else.

regards

Dave

They are definitely cheaper and probably work fine. But I've used ID's before plus being Bosch

but nothing has has been brought yet!!

bob also runs them in his car with great results
