What does that mean? I've just purchased.

It means if you make the purchase to open up the game and then if you delete your install in order to try to cure the sound issue that you'll have to make the purchase again.

Agree with jack cannonfooder. Once you've downloaded it you don't need to pay for it again. Go into AppStore and click on the purchases button and it will be in there for download without paying for it.

The in app purchase isn't there I can assure you both, if you'd both like to try and download the game on a fresh device then you won't get your paid content given to you again.
