DAM IT!!
I've just brought my first scooby finally. Its a 96 Turbo. I picked it up, drove it home and the next morning it won't start. After lots of swearing and some investigation, it turns out that the immobiliser won't turn off. Is there anyway to bypass it or will I have to change it. Thanks to anyone who can help me out.

Seriously?
Your first post is how to bypass the immobiliser on a car that gets nicked more than most? And you expect an answer? Can I suggest you call out a decent alarm dealer? |
Wow. Why did you even bother to comment? Actually the Immobiliser is one of the most common faults on the classics. I'm not expecting anything, just thought I would ask the question like I have on a few different sites. If someone wants to help then they can.
