2dr vs 4 door

Hi there Iv wanted a type r for quite a while finally got one it's been off the road a while doing quite a few mods i got it out of the garage the other day
I took a step back and it got me thinking I might like the 4 door impreza s more than the 2 door

Has anyone elose had this ??

I'm in a quandry!!

As much as there is friendly banter banter between 4 door and 2 door owners in reality it comes down to personal preference.

Type RA is basically a 4 door Type R (couple of other differences but not massive) so can always get the same spec if you want

2dr looks better

4 door = practicality.
2 door = not as practical, door are long (parking/garages can be a pain), access for passengers/children.

More 4 door cars than 2, body panel availablity.

I had a 4 door RA and loved it.

Had both type r and a type ra, prefered the ra due to having the 4 doors both cars drove the same and will try and kill you on a wet morning if your not used to a dccd car lol

Wish id actually hung on to my ra, cracking car

technically you need a 4dr STi RA to have the same spec as the regular STi style Type-R.........;)

The Type R's weigh from 1240 to 1260 kgs, the RA's range from 1170 to 1260 kgs as a comparison.
