Standard Wrx prices?

Hello all, I have registered here previously but cant access my log in details!:brickwall
I have been trying to get an idea of prices to advertise my 2004 Blob eye Wrx in black [saloon]. It has 64000 miles [will go up abit as is my daily] and is in very good condition. Most of the cars seem to have been upgraded in some way where as mine is factory spec even down to the back box! It has been well looked after and it has full service history but is due the cambelt service this year [August] Just struggling with putting a value on it as prices seem to vary wildly.

Could anyone give me an indicative rough value based on not completing the service before sale and also value if I did the service? I am only selling as I'm moving abroad for a few years. Other wise I'd keep it for the foreseeable future.

Thanks in advance.:notworthy

Hi, I have recently purchased a blob scoob and had been looking for quite a while and would definitely say its a sellers market. Unmolested scoobs are becoming a rare commodity.

Is your FSH irrespective of milage (I.e. every year)? may sound like a daft question but some people advertise FSH on an 11yr old car with only 7 stamps. Also any PPP? How many owners?

Recently saw a one go for around 4.5k

Appreciate this is slightly higher milage wagon but its mostly standard and give you an idea. If anything a saloon is perhaps more desirable

When I was looking I was budgeting about 500 quid for cambelt service (incl tensioners) from a decent specialist so that might effect the price you get.

IMHO though if yours is low owner FSH without PPP and cam belt I don't think 4k would be an unreasonable place to start.

Hope this helps!

Hi Newborn,

Thanks for the reply. Quite encouraging reading there. So I'm.out at the moment so can't check exactly.if it was every year services but pretty sure it's all.in order and present.
It's absolutely standard aside from spot.lights and light protectors (subaru original) not even the ppp.
I'd.be quite happy with 4kish. That's good to know.

I won't be selling till mid July and would love to keep her as she's been utterly reliable and fun in the 17000 miles I've done. That being said it's no good sat around rusting away whilst I'm abroad.

Thanks.

It depends where your looking, i saw a mint low mile one sell for £4500 done less than 45,000 miles but yours is worth 4k plus easy. This one was blue and they do sell for abit more.

The prices jump up and down. Seen one go for £3500 other day had 80k on the clock, all depends where your looking.

Looks like a very nice genuine car.
But 10,000 miles on a set of discs and pads! I'm lucky to get 6000 out of front pads.

Thanks, to be fair it doesn't get much if a hard time as predominantly my 2 year old on board! Seems to be loads of life left in them as well. /Hangshead in shame.
