Best place to buy k sports from

As above please

Me and a pal are looking at k sports and would like to know the best place to buy them from.

I've tried contacting various companies but nothing has come back as of yet

Cheers

i'd be looking at godspeeds offer on Ap's rather than ksports mate, although i think godspeed supplies them as well

stonejedi 02 April 2015 07:46 PM

Have you tried talking to Alyn of ASPerformance or bobs from Aztec?.SJ.

stonejedi 02 April 2015 07:47 PM

Or as above Ian of Godspeed.SJ.

His offer is for the 330mm kit in black, i want a 356mm kit in red which is considerably more £££

ditchmyster 02 April 2015 08:58 PM

You won't need more than the 330mm kit and they fit under just about every wheel on the market. ;)

What I need and what I want differ quite alot...................:)

Tidgy 02 April 2015 09:06 PM

356mm ksport vs 330mm ap i know which i think is better and cooler lol

ditchmyster 02 April 2015 09:09 PM

Size isn't everything big boy. :D

I'd sooner have 4 pot AP's than 20 pot Ksports, quality over quantity.;)

stonejedi 02 April 2015 09:29 PM

The AP brakes are the Dons...but A few of my mates have the KSports 356mm on there cars and they are not to bad at all,as long as you get some decent pads as well they will work fine.SJ.

They are ok for track cars or weekend toys. The seals are not good enough for daily drivers in UK weather. I am speaking from experience as I have just switched out some Ksports for AP's!

I would sugest very limited experiance ;), because it depends which kit you get. Full blown track setup or road kit.

'All Performance Road Brake Calipers use conventional seals in conjunction with a dirt seal and are finished with a black PTFE paint coating which is impervious to normal brake fluids & high brake temperatures, with the AP Racing logo highlighted in yellow, or a gloss red paint finish, and the AP Racing logo highlighted in white.'

taken direct from their site.

I run AP's so i don't need convincing mate;),All that i am saying is that the Ksport calipers that my friends are running are perfectly fine i don't know but i suspect that the people that make Ksports must of revised there design as i am sure my friends calipers are definitely different then most of the older style Ksports that i have seen.SJ.

Ok fair one. Mine were only bought about 18 months ago but could have been old stock. I found I was having to get the pads out regularly and clean the calipers to stop them binding.
