Engine Management Code P0607
 

Driving home, coming on to the motorway my 06 wrx hawkeye went in to limp mode and the engine light came on. It is now running out of limp mode but the engine management light is still on. My Torque app and OBD reader gave me the code 'P0607 - Powertrain, control module performance'.

Does anyone know if there is a likely cause for this code and whether it is an easy fix?

Thanks, I'll see if I can find anything wrong with the throttle mech.

I left the car for a couple of hours and the engine management light has gone out, hopefully for good.
