As with everything Impreza you have to triple check before getting the correct answer. I'm a fan of all JDM/UK (don't know much about US variants)) Subaru's save for the hatchback. I just favour fast acceleration over reliability so the WRX wins hands down.
On the Audi A2 forums they don't ever seem to be getting the 70 odd MPG Audi claim, mid 50's seems to be the norm. I suppose when they test cars it's done on even ground in idyllic conditions. That's why I did 40mpg on a sunny day on a flat quiet back road to Bridlington. |
I think maybe Subaru circa 2002-2005 may be exempt.
