seven claims are crooks

i also received a cold call from seven claims and they told me a different story. They said they could claim back any ppi pyment protection insurance on any credit cards or loan i had and also claim back any amount of interest that i ahd been overcharged. If they could not reclaim at least £1500 they would give me the £199 back and it would take 6 weeks after i had filled in the forms they sent me. i had to put the details about who my credit cards were with and send them a copy of the credit card agreement. They are breaking the law by cold calling. You need to get in touch with the Ministry of Justice and tell them that you were cold called by seven claims and they should be shut down. I am still trying to get my money back after 6 weekd.

Received a cold call on my mobile from these people who claim that I can get credit card and loans written off under some regulation loophole. They require an up front payment of £199.99 to process your "claim".

They virtually guarantee they can get credit cards debts reduced to zero and possibly some loans written off.

Sounds to good to be true, but they are regulated by the Ministry of Justice and the OFT.

I'm assuming it is too good to be true, although I haven't found any complaints etc online.

Not too happy about my mobile number being sold on though. I virtually never give it out.

If nothing else, this should be a heads up for people so they can tell them to get lost.

Hey everyone!

Just an update on my situation with '7 marketing'.......they cold called me beginning of June, I stupidly paid them £199.99 - sobered up pretty quickly and asked for refund within 14 day cooling off period......it's late September now - so far numerous phone calls, letters "apparently" sent to me (which I never received), also contacted MoJ to report them and was promised help to get my money back...
Outcome so far - £0 refund!!!

I just hope others who are cold called by this scam company in the future will have the sense of checking any negative feedback on them online first. And for those who'd been done, I hope you'll find a way to get your money back...

I hadn't heard of anyone actually charging for this service before - pretty much all the others do it for a fee once the charges have been reclaimed

If you are serious about reclaiming charges the go onto the CCA forum and d/l a pack on how to do it, no cost and actually it is dead staright forward to do and no fees to pay.

Are the robbing cnuts FSA registered?

also worth a call to Watchdog

Never, ever pay up front for anything like this!
