Two lost souls arguing on the road to nowhere. Refine your arguments, lest we suffer your inderterminably tedious nonsense for one second longer.

It's quite humourus surely.

Anyway, Blunkett is talking of making pension contributions mandatory. This is actually a good anti chav scheme, rather than allowing people to blow all their wages when young and become dependent on the state when older they will be forced to help pay towards their retirement.

I'm not a fan of control in general, but anything that helps stop spongers in any shape or form can't be bad.

This isn't for your benefit and you are being very optimistic if you think you'll just have to put up with it for a second. I've had 'alex gump' here engaged in this futile waste of time since he first crawled out from under his rock.:)

I really hope, for your sake, that you aren't talking to yourself there "mad Alan"! :D

Now, back to the subject in hand, your desperate, opportunistic trolling... snuffling for scraps under pslewis's table! :D

But the point is that they already contribute to their pensions. NI was introduced for the NHS and pensions. It is amazing that they seem to "forget" that we are already paying for our pension :(

They really do like the idea of making us pay twice for things.....

I think you mean YOUR desperate opportunistic trolling for scraps under my table. I've already told you, go away and do one of the searches you are so fond of and you'll find my opinions haven't changed one bit.
What I have got is a user name that suits the times, just as I've always had.

Well NewLabour, at least you admit to NL's history of continuously attemptong to fool the electorate with just abour every trick they can think of to avoid telling us the truth about anyrhing.

It may seem old fashioned to you being a thoroughly "modernised" sort of a chap, but I personally don't think that is anything to be proud about.

I thought that was the whole idea of democracy, to fool the sheep into thinking they were actually 'free' while getting on with the job of fleecing them.
The idea isn't new it's been happening since before our parliamentary democracy was formed. I think a lot of the problem is that NEW LABOUR are too bloody good at it.
