I had an R32 for 4 years and loved it really loved it!, was the only car i was really sad to see go, still miss it now :(
Funnily enough I have been trawling the net last week looking at them again!
As above tho, expensive to run and parts a ££££s
Just go and test drive a few, you'll know if they are for you or not, mine had Tein suspension and held the corners really well. you'll be used to the fuel bill driving an impreza :D
Oh and the noise of that 6 is amazing!

R32 GTR Hmmmm, one of my fave cars of all time. Dont think I can justify the running costs though.

Having had mine for nearly four years now, i can say i still love it.

The handling and ride is very good from the factory- it loves motorways. It will not be as quick as a scooby from A-B down a country lane but it wasnt designed to be- it wont hang around though! Put it on a track and in standard form they are very capable cars.

As for the running costs, yes they can be expensive but this is more down to the cost of parts than anything else. Parts prices from the likes of HKS, TOMEI and especially nismo can be laughable at times but the quality is spot on. If you buy a decent example and stick to realistic mods (1000bhp is not possible on a set of cams and turbo's) then it will not bee too bad- i promise :wonder:

Be realistic when looking for one, buying a £2000 R32 GTR and expecting it to not blow up is dreaming. For a good R32 GTR i would look around the 6-8K mark, R33 GTR 10K+ and R34's will be in the region of 22k+. The GTST and GTT variants are cheaper.
