And the spool issue would be ?

Not possible to know without looking at it.
Could be header leak, intercooler leak, turbo issue, cam timing wrong. |

agree thats not, but OP graph appears laggy.. laggier than normal for a td05, seeing as this is his main annoyance / reason for changing the turbo it might be cheaper/easier for him to fix the spool issue on the current turbo :)

no header leaks at all when on dyno, no intercooler leaks at all, no pipe leaks what so ever as these have been checked, double checked and replaced,. as for the cam timing cant this be changed during a map which will pretty much rule that out so im left with either a fubar turbo , low compression , or a rubbish up pipe, got a 43mm hayward and schott on its way will this help,.
|
No not possible to alter cambelt whilst mapping ;)
|
So you mean the timing belt as you can adjust timing on the map which i thought you firstly meant,. hmmm food for thought, could the turbo be at fault, i will check the timing marks once i get a chance, fit new up pipe, and if no change it must be the td05, am i heading the right way,.

Yes except no point changinf the uppipe unless it has a leak.
