No, because you always need to move forward when youre tipping. With aggregate its simply to get it out of the body. With tarmac you can be pushed for anything between 100+ yards (country lane) and a few feet (motorway) with your body raised tipping into the pan of a paving machine.
There are a number of ways that this can have happened, but theyre all the drivers fault. The vehicle drives very differently with the bidy raised, as you can imagine, and if he was tipping salt then he should have been paying attention.
