I'll come and give it a real buffty up with a good few layers of Dodo. You'll soon want to keep it naked. Looks sooooo much more aggressive.

This is more like it. Something along the lines of this but more pronounced arches.

This doesn't look like other scoob body kits that all seem to be much of a muchness and follow similar lines.

It's very different...luvverly jubberly!!:thumb:

This is a look i've always thought would go well with a bugeye wagon. Never seen anything quite like this on the road before.

Oh yes , tried them on the wagon last night :thumb:

Think you should go for a more US street style on this one Dal. Those big TA jap arches have been done to death, and on the whole look a bit toss on the Wagon.
Go for some crazy offset rims and pulled stock arches. Makes for a much more stocky and agressive look.

As for stickers on the WRC hawk, it deffo needs em as its a WRC rep. Needs to be in the louminous yellow/green though for the proper authentic look.
i hate stickers, but it looks like a proper rally car with em and doesnt look quite so special without.

Colour and stance something like this. Mega looking bugeye.

Wagon's got to have a kit on it Frayz , I love the look of all the American stuff at the moment but this has to be to advertise our kits rather than services .
Hawkeye's de-stickered to take moulds , might do something different with it after .

frayz 01 December 2009 02:01 PM

Shame its gotta have a kit. I understand your reasoning though.

Then i guess it comes down to whichever kit you need to push.

Cornelius 02 December 2009 05:51 PM

Go for the 08/09 facelift, you know you love a challenge mate;)

spally 02 December 2009 06:35 PM

i really think this is gonna look awesome :D

ABW 02 December 2009 07:22 PM

I'm just going to go with these arches for now then make a kit for it early next year , I'm looking at some 18x10" wheels

scoobiewrx555 04 December 2009 12:06 AM

Would it be too much hassle to modify your up and coming bugeye wagon kit to take
18"x12"??

A 2dr wagon may not look so hot but that ZTi look on a wagon but 4drs would look equally as good.

Frayz... I wanted to know what the wagon would look like with just the STi wings and a standard qtr panels. I was going to do that to mine because i could do with a couple of new front wings. Having seen that now i don't think it's my cuppa tea...doesn't look quite right to me with just front wings changed, but if that's the way they're doing things now in the states i've no doubt it'll catch on over here.

Granby 04 December 2009 09:11 AM

I'm liking that a lot, hmmmm got me thinking :norty: what size wheels & tyres are those :)

53 04 December 2009 09:38 AM

V4JDMSTi 04 December 2009 02:16 PM

What width and offset are those white alloys you have on there?

ABW 04 December 2009 05:51 PM

they're 18x8 et11 Matt , with 25mm spacers

scoobiewrx555 05 December 2009 01:19 AM

Really like that. Looking forward to seeing the finished product.

Any idea how much this kit will be in the end if you guys fit it and do the spray job and how long it might take to do.

Another option I'm thinking is to use a saloon rear door and make a fibreglass rear 1/4 extension to follow the shape ?
