The very fact you state you managed to find a 'good one' amid all the ****e they sell tells a story in itself.

At some point they will sell these other cars on to joe public and that is why you should not go near the place.

Other garages have cars like yours by the dozen, with warrenty, and import papers/history. (and the sales people actually want to talk to you !!!)

I drove 4 hours each way to look at a twin turbo soarer years ago, after picking what seemed to be the best one there, we went out on a test drive. (after blowing up a flat tyre).

What a bag of spanners that was, needed new discs/pads all round wouldnt stop in a straight line. rear bearing noise was terrible. I kind of switched off after that.

They said they would sort things out, but once I showed lack of interest, so did they !!!. I was happy to look at other cars there, but they couldnt be arsed to help.

My experience only, but a long drive and a wasted day. That said we did go up in my mates RB5, and as a result I ended up buying my Sti 3 instead of the Soarer i wanted.

A few years ago my mate decide that he wanted a scooby and that he had seen a nice early WRX at KTC, I told him then that it would be a pile of s***e but he was adament that it was a good un, so I agreed to go and look at it with him.

When we arrived there we had a good look around at all there cars, and finally found the car that he had been looking for. The ad said "fresh import, low miles, mint condition!" The car had 4 flat tyres, scratches/scrapes along every panel and on every corner, mold along the window rubbers, instead of having the rubber lining in the boot to stop water coming in there was foam instead! There was actually a box of body filler in the boot along with the applicator!!!!

God knows why but he still took it for a test drive after inflating all the tyres, as soon as we turned to get out of there yard I could tell straight away that either the front diff or the rear diff was knacked (rear inside wheel skipping while turning)
Took it straight back to the guy who said it was because it had a limited slip diff!!!

That was the final straw for my mate and he finally agreed with what I had told him about the place in the first place!!!

Oh and the price............ £3500 for a K reg!

All the cars outside were junk!

Even the cars inside were in a bad way, with cracked bumpers and scratched panels.

The place and the To$$ers who run it are a joke and should not be in business, hopefully one day one of there "cough" mint cars that is inside there warehouse will catch fire due to the s***e electricals that one is bound to have and burn the whole place down, which will then collapse over and crush the rest of the s***e outside!!!! (at night time and while no one is inside!)
