Surely the discussion and organisation of CS games comes under computer related :confused:

Firstly, I have to say that I am disgusted to hear you suggest that we are not entitled to discuss CS on this BBS. Which is exactly what you implied by suggesting that we take these threads to another BBS. Who died and made you god ? We are members of this board and equally entitled to make use of the facilities.

We have already had the computer related forum split off from the non scooby related, with the result that the non scooby related forum now closely resembles the muppet forum.

Shall we also suggest that we also have the following forums created ?

The Fiesta Wonder Woman/FedUp/Imatrukans complete waste of space forum
The I've just been done for speeding, everyone feel sorry for me forum
The Where can I get an illegal copy of software forum
The RSOC board is down/boring and so we want to come and post crap forum

Ahhhh, calm down. Can't believe this is getting to me, but with the amount of crap posted on this board I just can't imagine that people would go to the trouble of crying to the mods about on topic posts in the correct forum :confused:

This is exactly the situation faced by most users in the general forum every day. But rather than running to the mods crying we simply choose not to view the threads that don't interest us. Is it really that hard ???

Role on a Games Forum. Wonder when we'll get complaints in there, due to the amount of CS posts, and people saying there are other games. Why don't we just get a CS Forum and have done with it?

Anyway, where does it say "Computer Related" is for problems? I don't see it. It does however say "IT, Games....." CS is a game with a lot of interest.

Unbelievable. A true Scoobynet community has grown up around C/S and now we cant discuss it on ScoobyNet. I dont want to discuss Scoobynet C/S on another BBS - I want to discuss it here on ScoobyNet.

Strangely - at least half the people who answer most harwdare related questions are C/Sers who check the comp related forum so oftten beacuse of the C/S threads. Without a strong group posting the minority forums will die through lack of reading.

I wouldnt be here now if it was not for CS. I dont drive a scooby, never been to one of the meets, couldn't make the lan game, have never met any of you lot in person (except toot as I unfortunately have to sit opposite the moaning scouse git all day @ work) but strangely I have spent more time with you lot over the past 6 months than in the pub with my mates ! :eek:

there is a solution on the way, Counter-Strike 2 should be out within the year based on the Half-Life 2 engine. Thats get 1.009 and CS1.4 out the way first ;)
