What a good system we have though. Steps to reduce punishment as follows:-
1) If you have been drinking blow into the machine at the road side in the hope you can get off...
2) If you are arrested, blow into the machine at the police station to see how bad it is. If you are well over the limit, simply refuse to blow into it again and they can only do you for not providing a breath sample. If you are only slightly over, just come up with a good excuse and pray.

Yes the one guy who provided to specimens (and they thought was high) and was twice over the limit was banned for 18 months and £200 fine, the one that fell asleep and couldn't stand up or provide a second specimen, but was 6 times over the limit, was only banned for 12 months and less of a fine.

Surely that's wrong somehow (although I understand the need for two specimens). Why not simply try the dual test again later?

So just refuse to give a speciment or somehow fail at the blowing - I guess (at some point in the future) you could even claim that you were simply unable to provide a specimen due to feeling unwell and no one can even prove you were drink driving.

Aye, I quite like these programs but tend to change over at the end since I get a tad p*ssed off with the "punishments" handed out.
Was watching Road Wars on sky the other week and they pulled over a girl for driving without headlights on when it was dark. When she eventually did pull over it turned out that not only was she driving someone elses car and without insurance, but also without a licence - she was only 15!!!!!!!:eek2:

What was her punishment - some social order type thing that is supposed to help young people with difficulties! I was truly baffled and raging about that one.

Had a good laugh last night at the boy outside the gay bar, in womens clothes, saying his "wife" was inside!!:wonder: :lol1:
