Saying that is implying that older people who got lower grades didnt work hard, which is equally insulting

Well put! To me its not about the grades or individuals involved, its about the fact that the government think they can hoodwink the lot of us and make out that there has been a miraculous improvement in all things education.:rolleyes: They insult the intelligence of all of us and ultimately create uncertainty and a false sense of achievement when the kids have, after all, been swotting hard, as we did, for their exams.
