I cant belive that Welcome to Spudulike Limited doesnt have one single pic of a baked potato :(

A nice mature cheddar, some chopped baby plum tomatoes a couple of rashers of finely chopped bacon, and a big dollop of brown sauce, then back into the oven until crispy:thumb:
