Almost none ive done both & less than 1mph.
A proper race -prepared car may make better use of the bend, but it takes a street car a few hundred meters to get straight if they use all the bend & a fast car can acclerate from a standing start in the same space.
Fastest time at Brunters last year 205.8 was from a standing start. I think mine was second fastest & it used the bend.

Andy. Vmax runs are a good way to test the integrity of the engine build and make sure the map is OK, don't you think. ;)

lol Harvey, did I leave my wooden spoon at your place ;)

Is there a speed limiter on a bugeye MY01? cause mine wont go past 155 mph and it has something like 300 hp. But it goes there quickly. If there is such one can it be unlocked?

Yes it has a soft boost limiter in the map, it can be eliminated with a remap :D

If the mapper agrees (he did not).

Boost limiter? not ignition cut or fuel cut?

Initially boost reduction at a preset KPH, then at the rpm limit fuel cut with ignition retard.
