If you want to save weight on the way up we can call in for supplies in Thirsk :)

Mikey, are you gonna arrange the camp? Half the field should do ;)

I reckon we should go up NYM way this time. I will nock a route up so we don't all get lost! :thumb:

Gridlock Mikey 19 May 2005 04:42 PM

OK Charlie, I'll sort the camp you "nock" a route out :lol1: Make sure it has loads of bends cos flat's car is only fast in a straight line :p

flat4 19 May 2005 04:48 PM

:lol1: you got a shock coming to you :p ...but not if it breaks down ;):D

CharlieWhiskey 19 May 2005 09:59 PM

Right, where to meet up then?

Everyone OK for Tibshelf Services Northbound or have we got any from north of Jn29?

Gridlock Mikey 19 May 2005 10:25 PM

Start Details:

OK folks, lets finalise the details

Saturday 11th June
10:30 Tibshelf Services Northbound

Convoy up M1/M18/M62 then start the route proper from there. Lunch at the same place as we did on the first one, before everyone got lost ;)

Gentle run around the best of the North York Moors, then off to Sleningford Mill campsite for a Beer & BBQ. There will be a chance to stop off on the way to the campsite to get last minute supplies (@TESCO IIRC?).

Route is 243 miles from Tibshelf services with a stop for Optimax at 103miles (about 1/3 tank). Filling up there should leave you enough to get back home on Sunday.

Put your name down below if you're coming, and anything special you are bringing?

CharlieWhiskey - Blue MY01 WRX Wagon - Jerk Chicken, Swedish Chicken and Haloumi

CharlieWhiskey 24 May 2005 09:24 AM

[ b ] ... [ / b ] without the spaces ;)

The trick with the lists is to hit the Reply button, then chop out the '[ quote = whoever ] ...
... [ /quote ]' bit :thumb:

knew it! :D

wrx bill 24 May 2005 11:08 AM
