I think you've got to have one of each 'types' of car. Don't necessarily think you have to have owned any of them, but you must have driven one of them.
1 - FWD car - gotta be one of the following - Corrado VR6, Golf Gti (mk1 or mk2 only), Pug 205 gti, Integra Type R 2 - RWD fun car - Caterham/Westfield, S2000, RX7, M3 etc. 3 - Mid Engine - Elise/Vx220, Boxster, MR2 etc. 4 - Cream of crop sports car - Ferrari, 911, TVR, Aston Martin etc. 5 - Luxury - S class, A8, Rolls, Bentley, Jag etc. 6 - 4WD - Jeep or Land rover (that's it! no X5s or that sort of malarky, need something that can REALLY go off road). 7 - Something classic, icon type car - Mini (proper original one), e-type, yank muscle car, ol' british car etc. |
Should my lucky dip do the biz tonight...
1 - Lambo Muira (for the noise) 2 - F40 (track car) 3 - RS500 (cos I like them!!) 4 - Aston Vanquish (gt Car) 5 - Ferrari 250 GTO - to drool over in the garage. That's it I'm going to get another ticket - just in case!!! |

ooohhh...i love this thread..
mine would be.. 1: Lotus Carlton (got one) 2: Aston Martin V600 Vantage 3: Brabus EV12 4: 1970 Plymouth Hemicuda RT Coupe 5: Ferrari 288 GTO I have to say its bloody difficult picking 5 out of a host of cars i have grown up drooling over...but those 5 are my current top goers. the old e34 m5 just missed out on that..but gimme a couple of years and i'll have a nice late plate 3.8 and possibly a c43 amg to boot :) |
i posted what i wanted before reading everyones posts..lol..backwards i know...
just like to say to all you guys who have or may put : ferrari f40...ford gt40...shelby cobra or gt 500 mustang...ferrari 250 gto...aston martin db5/db6 or vantage.... that none of you are wrong they are all fabulous cars. i'd just like to add some words of caution...it isnt always good to get to drive your dream cars..they somtimes dissapoint you (see top gear : james may in a countach) however it isnt for people to argue what is the rights and wrongs of it..personal opinion is what makes loving cars great..and lets never forget it!! BIG UP DA INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE!!! ;) |
d go for, Poker GT2 RS, fast, driver cars, rare Scooby, it’s a classic and a car I’m glad to say I've owned in the past Honda S2000, mental high revving stuff, another driver’s car, that should be tried by everybody before you die. 360 Modena, the best looking to me and a classic. Zonda S, Mec. build quality and silly speed. The mecca F1 didn't get on the list manly because I never driven one or seen one in the flesh, so it doesn't appeal to me really |
205 T16
Porsche 959 Macca F1 Ferrari 360 (red !) McRae's Championship winning Scoob |
Bader,
Any car you can drive without the aid of a cushion should be top of your list!! :p ;) :D :D |
