Stick with the Standard BMW discs... they are pretty good. Pads is as with any car a much discussed matter of choice.
Glad to see the badge has found it's proper home and the car got the thumbs up from your garage. TH |

Lots of new bits, car is mint in & out, no leather though :( what a drivers car, has to be said more involving then any Scooby ive ever had, bit slow of the mark though. Bang on about the leather, but that cloth appears to be tartan. I'm all for maintaining authenticity, but I'd be sorely tempted to re-upholster those seats :D
Awesome car though. [Edited by SkodaMan - 7/9/2003 10:30:26 PM] |
indeed, the seats are in seriously good order although leather would be the way forward, the best deal ive found is the nappa leather seats, door cards & M tri colour in all the seats inc the rear for £1100 cheapest is £900 qith the cards in crappy leather with no tri colour m, so do i leave this beuty out on the street & use as a daily hack to the station or not is the question? if i cant bring myself to do it then it will be sold imminently cos i couldnt bear to see it vandalised or keyed etc etc i knos its only a 13 yr old beemer, but these are getting pretty rare?
