The reach on the SGS I linked is great too, the long jack body and a two piece handle that is about 5ft long when clicked together.
I had a very low MX5 which I couldn't get the jack under the front but you just drive it up onto small ramps then you can jack it up sky high. |
My Type R is low so I got ththis low profile trolley jack
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Draper-Exp...-/201109896970 But I roll the car on to these first http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/LASER-TOOL...8AAMXQVT9S4ko1 |
Arghhhh that's exactly what it after. Are the ramps heavy mate ?

That's me just stuck the order in for the SGS 2.5t trolley jack......
I like those ramps that you posted above, I think I'll order a set of them as well, then there should be no issues at all. |

I had the same problem, so got a pair of these:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/171908826847 They just fit under the front, and if I back on to them there is just about enough height for me to get under. They just squeeze under the skirts too... |
another +1 for the SGS
I have the 3 ton jack variant does everything from my Caterham 7 to my Landcrusier Amazon |
