Gentlemen: Update:
E-mail from hong Kong;"Please advise the members who have not received their kit that the earliest paid will have their goods shipped out right away but we have the Chinese New Year and in Australia there is Australia Day so there is a little delay.Thanks."

FSE Glencoe were out of stock on the FPRs but that is being sorted. £95 for regulator and guage attached from AS Performance. inc VAT and postage. Tel. Alyn 0191 410 3770.
255 litre fuel pumps (341 model for classic shape) are widely advertised in the U.S. for 95$.

Hi guys,
what type of induction kit are you fellas planning to use with the fmic?

Weava.

Mark A 29 January 2004 09:51 PM

Big one

harvey 30 January 2004 03:01 AM

Richard: You have several options and it is different for several different model years but there is no need to spend a lot of money. Big ( not necessarily a cone) filter and cold air with correct fueling is the objective.

Franko 30 January 2004 03:54 PM

Aww no, still no news on my FMIC!!!!
Bank still chasing payment and trying to get it to Mr Chan. Am keeping my fingers crossed that it gets sorted tomorrow, but if it doesn't, have a little (BIG) favour to ask of any local scoobynetters in the group buy. My car is currently in the middle of a build, and hence in little bits. As a result I have no transport. We are now waiting for the FMIC to be able to proceed. If required, is there anybody out there not planning to fit their FMIC immidiately, who would be willing to "lend me there (polished) FMIC" to fit to my car to allow my build to progress, whilst waiting for the arrival of my kit (which i would then of course give to them).

Not quite at this stage of desparation yet, but getting there.

Cheers,
Dxx

I PayPaled the funds over on the 22nd January but have heard nothing back. He isn't responding to my emails!

Mika 03 February 2004 09:43 AM

My Intercooler arrived today !
It's in the custom office and they will not give it to me before I have a paper or e-mail from Mr Chan where's the value of the Intercooler.
Are the silicon parts coming with that one missing pipe or are these missing from my kit ?

harvey 03 February 2004 10:58 AM

Hi Mika: My kit included three chromed pipes, the intercooler, two flat brackets, the silicon pipe joiners and reducers. The 4th pipe from Australia turned up two or three days later.
E-mail Hong Kong and ask them to e-mail you documentation to cover the supply.

Mika 03 February 2004 12:24 PM

Harvey, I will e-mail to Mr Chan on Thursday, when I'm back to work.

mista weava 03 February 2004 03:15 PM

I got my kit today (unpolished ic) with all four pipes and the rest of the fittings too.
Just to warn peeps i had to pay £104.04 to the delivery man for vat charges (£76 odd) and parcel force charges.

This is a brilliant group buy. Many thanks to all involved for making it work :D:D:D

Franko 04 February 2004 10:08 AM
