Default BMW and audi

Ok so I can have any company car I want up to 250000 but I didnt get one I bought a Subaru, so I employed a lad and he wants a BMW, so off we trundle to Chesterfield BMW cos that's where we are working currently and he's chatting and I go looking, ooooooooooooo how I want a 5 series

Ok so I'm 40 I like my new saloon to bits but I sat in that mf and the quality of that new 5 series was to die for and the toys

Anyway we left and went to Audi what a shower of **** they were cars on massive waiting times, internals very poor compared to the elite BMW, and I've owned an Audi for 3 years and I thought they were good

I have to say at present the internals and feel look quality on the new bmws pisses all over any of the audis and that includes even the a7 rs5 etc I sat in em all they look tired. Sorry Audi but it's time for a revamp

So my next car if I fancy a lazy boy is a 525d I think touring with lots of gadgets

Sod the Audi, over priced for what they are, Skoda octavia VRS diesel, saloon or estate, both great going comfy cars. I had one with a load of extras back in 2008 new with my old company and it came in under 23k.

A question to you sir. Were your using your 330i in the colder months with the correct tyres for the temperature on?

Or like most of the country were you hoping your summer tyres would be good enough to use all year round?

No I use steel wheels and winter tyres mate, its just the location I stay in gets bad snow and all you can use is the 4x4 the rear wheel drive is no use as the roads are so bad and snow fall is so heavy.

Its OK if the road has been plowed and grit put down but its still not great to be honest.

Haha naa i love it, i just also loved the BMW

Thing is none of the Subaru dealers offer anything for the saloon a local one to me no names, as they are Anchours offered 21k for it, i was just intreaged at how much it was worth to them.

And what is yours - less than 1yr old? Ive been keeping an eye on Autotrader as still fancy a MY11 hatch next april when my lease is up. There are plenty of saloons on there <1yr old with low low mileage ranging from low 20k's to nearly 40k but MY11 hatches are fairly hard to come by so seems they hold their price a bit more. If you want a bargain and are ok with San Remo red you can get only just registered MY10 hatches for low 20k's probably bang on £20k if you haggle. That said the old shape STi hatch was only £27k new wasnt it?

Well I do also have to pay for it , ferraris ain't on

Most expensive is the merc blacktop comes in at 267k and a mere 7865 a month out of your pay packet lol

You can have an r8 for 2300 a month

Most of the super cars are not on the list but all BMW audis etc are and of course mercs

Good man Appreciate your comment, I live in London so not many hills to contend with and roads are gritted. The 335d was on the road through all the snow and ice we've had this year.

I thought it must have been a typo and you meant £25k.

£250k company car

If its your company, a car can be 100% tax deductible if you park it at work overnight.
