guys was thinking of buying a 2.2 petrol or desiel as a run around and to tow my next track / weekend toy

has any one had one or got any opinins on them, obvioulsy i assume they are pants off road as its a vauxhal but any views on them?

 

sorry forgot to add the other option is a volvo 850 estate so any views on them too

had 4 of them old 2ltr pants new 2.2 swb not a bad cheap motor 2.2 new lwb cheap as chips bit under powered but ok if your not in a hurry to get anywhere now got the v6 3.2 new shape nice workhorse go's well and pulls a trailer as fast as you need bit heavey on petrol (low 20's) but nice n comfy for a bit more info and diff specs have a look here mate ___Muddy Fronteras, The Frontera based off road, 4x4 and modification site!___
you can get a good 3.2 full spec for around the 2k mark ,mine's got 51k on it with fvsh 1 owner full leather ac all the extras and only worth around that so lot of car for your cash
