Trouser, if you happen to read this I'm sure you'll have some advice!

My dad has a Saab 9-3 SE, MY00 and totally standard. To say this thing handles like a barge is a serious understatement! So what are the best (and cheapest) mods to a) improve handling and b) increase performance (mainly over 45-50 mph) ??

Any comments other than "get a Scoob" welcome.....
