Is this a rare Sierra?

not a cossie, but its an xr4i......with a cossie style spolier, its not an RS500 one tho

I remember seeing a Sierra XR4 type thing in Autotrader with a V8 engine it had been shipped in from South Africa, now that sounded it rare

and fun to drive

So is it rare?
Just wondered, I know most of these people make stuff up to sell things. I don't think I've seen one of those for a while. To be honest I hardly ever see Sierra's anymore.
