Default Cheapest city car?

The sister in law is looking for a cheap and cheerful city car.

Size unimportant.

What's the best value of all the cheapies out there?

Definately a Peugeot 107/Toyota Aygo/Citroen C1 .

I bought my wife one two weeks ago,and it is brilliant.Loads of space for kid's in the back, even with me driving(6ft 5"),getting no less than 48mpg,£40 per year to tax,had the first service(1 year or 10k)done yesterday and it cost just £83 all in,all the equipment you want, bloody comfortable, and more than able to keep up with the flow of traffic,to the point where i would say it is bloody nippy, and to top it off i paid just £5000 for it at 11 months old(would've been around 8k new with the options).Plus it's still got 2 years manufacturers warranty .
