The ST, ST2 and ST3 are basically the same car but with different standard spec.
For example, I think the ST2 gets zenons while the ST3 gets zenons and leather Reacro seats etc etc.
So, the ST is the basic car, the ST2 is the middle car and the ST3 is loaded. Mechanically they`re all the same. I think.

I took a ST2 out today must say i,m impressed although i felt as if i wasn,t aware of what the car was doing as much as i am in the scoob. Its an extremely refined car with a superb engine and box, i found it pulled well in most gears from any speed but the handling is a bit to soft for me and the seats dont go low enough or offer enough support. The only difference i know of between the ST2 and ST3 is the ST3 is effectively a 4 seater as it has recaro seats in the back which are molded to fit just 2 people and it also only has 2 seat belts. My opinion is its a very capable car that is happy pottering about town but it can also put a smile on your face down your favourite lane but is no were near as good round the twisties as a 4wd scoob

Basically all the same car the 1, 2 and 3 are spec levels.
ST1 - The ST shell, engine and you might get some seats too
ST2 - Get Xenons, ESP and an MP3 compatible Head Unit
ST3 - Gets Xenons, ESP, 6CD indash headunit instead of MP3 headunit and Full leather Recaros
The ST3 is a 4 seater and there is no option for a flat bench in the back to make it 5 seater either.
The ST2 is available with or without the flat bench so can be either 4 or 5 seater but most go with the flat bench to seat 5.

p.s. Moneys, if you take another out for a test drive make sure you get the sales man to put the steering in sports mode, it wont feel any difference at first i.e. at low speed its very similar if not the same as the other setting, but tightens up and gives more feedback when moving a bit
