Question Peugeot 306 ventilation fan problem

Anybody know anything about the ventilation fan on Peugeot 306's?

It's not the fuse as I've checked - turn the fan switch & nothing happens. Haynes manual doesn't really give any useful information that I can see for this problem.

It's a 1.4 LX 1997 model just in case you need to know.

Grateful for any help - thanks

Probably the motor, its under the passenger side, you cant miss it, pain in the *** to get to though, some small screws to undo that fall off.
