There are always lots of rally cars for sale in the classifieds at the back of Motorsport News, also have a look at the For Sale Forum on BritishRally.co.uk.

2nd for motorsport news, some occasional ones on ebay as well. you may also want to try the rally prep places skip brown, rally cars to hire ect, as they take trade ins.
do you know what you are after and what type of rallying and class ?. does it need to be homoglated, please dont buy a bargain car only to find you can only get one season out of it because the homoglagation runs out and you will have to go into a open class and not win a thing.

Theres around 17 more of these Hockley prepped cars floating around the UK, one that sold a few months back had many many more spares than that and sold for less. They often pop up for sale.
