Honda Accord Type S
Took one these for a test drive today, quite impressed with the way it handled.
Not quite the explosive acceleration of a turbo, although bearing in mind there where four adults in it, but still quite fast and pointy.
Anyone else drove one ?
Mark.

The type-s is a good car, quite pokey, handles well, looks nice. In fact its a fair bit of car for the money, and I'd far rather have that than an entry level 3-series which is similar money.
The wife is looking at the CDTi Sport or Executive for her next car.( would like the Type S to go with my CTR,but she does 20k miles pa) As they are both around the £20k mark we don't know which one to have ( buying it ourselves instead of a company car). She's got a 318 se at the mo. but to replace that with a 320dSE is gonna cost near £24k to get the same spec as the Honda! The BM is comfy but way to expensive for a rep. mobile and there are too many about (and I drive like an **** when I use it
)
Hondas are the way to go!

I have accord type-s for my day to day car and evo TME for play time and week-end/trackdays.
Its a real nice car but not out and out sports car in standard form. Only thing is if i didnt have the evo i would think its a nice sports car, as it is i only see the improvements it needs to bring it up a level.
It has the tuning ability on the 2.4 engine to make well into the 380 mark but i have the evo so it aint gonna happen until the evo goes.
