It was filmed at stratford

A nova being the lightest and cheapest shell he could find! Although it is road legal with its normal tyres, it is built for drag racing so the shell doesn't really matter does it? Is Taz racing's old fiat with a chevy short block crap because its a fiat

A low 11 is very good for only spending 3.5K on the whole project including the shell!

Wink

He should try running it up the strip on road tyres to see how much advantage the slicks give him.

What engine is it and what sort of power?

So has it got any road tax yet or is in still road illegal?
(Yes I did see the posts in the 200club)

I'd like to see it go head to head with Andy Nicholls Maestro, with both of you on slicks and/or road tyres.

Yeah, fantastic time for a fwd car, even on slicks, and the terminal shows its got some serious power. But for most of us its not comparable to road cars with its slicks. As a few have said, get some times in on road tyres, maybe at the FIA approved pod, and then we can compare it with the white Maestro. Even with something like 320bhp (i'm guessing looking at the terminal on slicks and est 700kg) in the Nova on road tyres, I guess it would struggle to get below mid 12s. Still exciting to watch I bet.
