can any 1 help!
i sold my mate my rs turbo about a year ago it is all set up by power engineering blue print engine 5th injector charge cooler stage two turbo the lot.It was running 17.5 psi of boost making 213 bhp (this car is rapid!)just before i sold it to him the clutch went (paddle clutch only done 10 k wtf) so i turned the boost down as i was still using it and with 17 odd psi it was slipping like a knut.I had the clutch done and when we went to turn the boost up the bleed valve thingy was turning but on the boost gauge it never registered going back up at the moment he still only running 10 psi!! does anyone know whats wrong with it?

Could be a soft actuator, either that or the bleed valve is goofed.
