newbie schmewbie thats what i say.
come to think of it scoobie schmewbie!
some taut teutonic trustworthyness is what you want...get a quattro
peace. happy polishing girls. (it wont make you go faster!...unless you start talking ultra-fine reductions in drag co-eff's due to the slippy polish molecules. but then you'd have to factor in the weight of each complete coat of polish, and it would start getting silly like this is....is it home time yet?)

When I was (much) younger, I had a 1.6i Ghia and I am ashamed to admit I was really happy with it!
I got it right in the middle of my boy-racer phase and was particularly pleased that it would cruise at 110mph with no fuss all day, was relaxed on long hauls, had an excellent stereo, plush seats front and rear, central locking etc etc all for only £700! Now I'm pretty sure everyone on here will laugh at/flame this completely, but when Ford originally put the 1.6i Ghia into production, it was meant as their answer to the BMW 3-series executive models. No kidding! What's even more unbeleivable, some car magazines at the time said it was a better buy than the 318i as a sports tourer! It's true, I have proof!!!!
