Cost and time mainly. Need to pay off some debts and will be faster if I get rid of it.
Was fixing it to sell aaages ago and it would have been ready at the end of summer if I hadn't had "help" from Clint ... they locked my thread on the 23rd, then he added to it on the 24th so I can't correct what he posted.
