Cheeky get, my middle name is Darren and I would dearly love a Capri 2.8 I. I dont wear white socks (anymore) and live in a big posh house so there.
The car budget is going on some mungous people carrier unfortunately.
Had a ride in a Tickford recently and it would have mullered the Scoob I went in (Standard Terzo + noisy exhaust), it just kept pulling like the f*ckin Millenium Falcon.

Decent examples have gone past the bottom of the depreciation curve and can only go up in value from here if properly maintained.
I'd love a 2.8/3.0 Capri in the garage for track day blasts, shame I'm in stuck in Holland at the moment.
No mullet required for one of these, just a quick hands for opposite lock!

Got a 3 litre S mark 2 in the garage too
that one is being stored though because they are getting rare
In the dry it does behave fairly well but the wet is "interesting"
