Is that sprint blue? With buckets! That's about as good as it gets. Has it been on a rolling road lately? They're quite prone to carbon build up, and sometimes substantial power loss. Beautiful car.

Stunning love the B7 RS4, I will be getting one once I grow up

what's the insurance like? Insurance companies have been writing them off if the Wingback seats get stolen because of the cost to replace them !

Followed a estate version a few months ago and it was popping and banging like anti lag, it was the B7 shape same as yours so not turbocharged, so was wondering if it was something to do with mapping or maybe because it had a aftermarket exhaust system, did sound impressive!!

Be interesting to hear how you compare this to the mk2 focus rs, as I would love a mk2 focus rs, but the missus would rather have a Audi RS4(i havent grown up yet)

Cheers pal

All specced to the max....
Sunroof which is super rare, flat bottom steering wheel, full comms pack, heated front and rears!

MRC had car in end of 2012 for de coke and stage 2 setup and made 439 so really happy.
I am just in process of getting all fluids changed then health check up from Dougie.
I am not just saying it because it's the car I own right now but in just 2 days of ownership it's highlighted just what I've been missing in a perfect driving machine
I can't fault anything and to me IMO it wipes the floor on every level with any previous cars I've had, even clives old S4 I had I thought that was the amazing but the B7 is just something else, linear power and savage hard acceleration!

Also had Audi call back for DRC £1800 bill

Full Miltek is V8 ****
Insurance wise am 42 fncb £455 A plan...

Love it and hope its stays with me for many months

Thanks for kind words guys!

Yes they are

According to wiki only 10,000 were made and 2000 went to states!

Just some subtle tweeks, polybushing ect.
May go for full de cat de res and open valve to make folk jump for cover lol

Absolutely epic soundtrack just can't stop driving lol

Really good on fuel also 12.9mpg

We all have to grow up sometime pal

I had a v5 Type R v ltd and agree they IMHO were and still are the best driving machine amongst the Imprezas but believe me once you drive a proper B7 you will realise what you have been missing, no disrespect to Scoobs either!

All I will say is with them being quite rare when you find one check everything I mean everything as there are some abused dogs out there which is a shame

Nice car....I loved mine to bits for the first weekend , after that it lost its sparkle.
Get it out on the back lanes it's the only way you will want to keep it

I did £350 in fuel over the first weekend

Nice one pal!!

How long did you finally end keeping it for mate?

I get your angle on getting bored too quick as that's the same attitude I've had with previous 10 cars lol

I have heard folk saying the same as you and that you have to keep the excitement alive with its sublime handling with lots of twisty workouts!!

I am a realist and never say never re never selling lol but where do you go from here that ticks 99% of driver sanctuary

I must say I have been tempted by one of these but some of the potential bills put me off. Sounds like you are well aware of the issues which is good and the key things have been done so enjoy. Lucky git
