As things are moving very FAST at the NBO hq the next part of the operation is the Club Stands and we need to compile a list of Club Stands for the lay out of the field

If you can only pledge under 10 cars you will have to park in the centre of the field as we need the edges for clubs and their tents etc.

Please if you are your club organiser can you enter your club on here and your aprox numbers of cars you would like your stand so Gus and the Captain can work out plot sizes and layout .


this year we will be hopefully having 2/3 new club stands so space will be tight so can all

clubs that want to have a parking slot around the sides of the NBO 10 field please REGISTER
your club on this thread and aprox number of cars so we can plan your size and location



the standard slots hold aprox 18-20 cars

the small slots are ideal for cars with 8-12 cars



we only have 3 extra large slots for cars clubs up to 40 cars due to the layout of the field and what we have planned for the centre !!!

Deadline for club space registration is 25 may ##as we have a NBO committee meeting on the 27 may and the layout and final plans will be drawn up including the drive in routes into the field as we identified congestion in the left hand corner last year which cost us 8 minutes in our one hour parking plan

I would imagine this year we will have 12/13 club stands


(if you dont register on this thread there will be NOWHERE for you to park together !!)

Any other clubs will have to park in the middle of the field as all edges are allocated for club stand as they need the space to set up thier tents and displays

The layout has always ,can be planned now which is going to be a bit deeper this year for the displays with Approximate 300 cars according to these figures it's looking good

Please stand managers as your numbers change and you amend these figures and also ensure that EVERYONE who is attending is put onto the master list
As there seems to be 100 missing of the list at this point ?

 

Just to give you an update,

Simply Subaru Club will NOT be having a stand this year at the NBO.

But do have a few cars that will be turning up on the day to join in.

Ypco we are going to be closer to 20 cars rather than 15 cheers

 

Ukscoobies have 35 on the list so far.

 

It is with much regret and obvious appologises that Midland Scoobies will have to withdraw its stand.

 

Following my message on SIDC, just want to confirm my attendance on the day. May be in the subaru may be in the company car with free diesel but will be there!

To calm any worries about the field, we are here at Lightwater valley and have got everything set up. The field is in great condition and is relatively dry. No soft spots found. There are one or two showers but the forecast is for drier weather tomorrow.
