Default Repair problems

Needed the front discs and pads changing on my T2000 as it failed the MOT on them last Friday. Popped in to speak to a local specialist, they said they could order the parts which would arrive on the Monday and they would fit them on the Tuesday. So I left the car with them on the Tuesday only to get a call later that day saying the wrong parts had been delivered on the Monday but the code on the box was right. Today (Wednesday) I get another call to tell me that a courier had tried to deliver the parts to the garage and left a note to say parts were being returned to courier depot as no one at garage to take delivery even though garage unit main doors were open.
This means I've would have been without my car for 3 days and not 1 day like I initially thought I would be. If you were in this situation what would you do?

Its not the specialists fault the wrong parts were delivered first time or the (dozey) courier didn't see the entrance to the place!!

I'd bear with them, better late than never eh!
