NBO 9 CLUB STANDS

As things are moving very FAST at the NBO hq the next part of the operation is the Club Stands and we need to compile a list of Club Stands for the lay out of the field

If you can only pledge under 10 cars you will have to park in the centre of the field as we need the edges for clubs and their tents etc.

Please if you are your club organiser can you enter your club on here and your aprox numbers of cars you would like your stand so we can work out plot sizes


this year we will be hopefully having 2/3 new club stands so space will be tight so can all

clubs that want to have a parking slot around the sides of the NBO 9 field please REGISTER
your club on this thread and aprox number of cars so we can plane your size and location



the standard slots hold aprox 18-20 cars

the small slots are ideal for cars with 8-12 cars



we only have 2 extra large slots for cars clubs up to 26 cars due to the layout of the field and what we have planned for the centre !!!

Deadline for club space registration is 28 may ##

(if you dont register on this thread there will be NOWHERE for you to park together !!)

earlier the better so we can plan out this big task please

I am not in any clubs so how do I get on a stand?

 

If you are not in a club you will be parking in the middle with the rest of the independent owners
Last year there was 220 club cars on stands and about 80 people in the centre of the field

I'm sure if you wander around the clubs someone will make you join their club as that's part of scoooby ownership is all about

Oh yes I'm sure the bossman is up to something BIG

Not sure what is happening with them

Smacs ..not heard anything

EVOs looks like they are not supporting us this year unfortunately as Kosta stepped down as regional organiser and no one has been able to sort anything out with the EVOs shame as they contributed a lot of money in the pot

Sheffield I think are now uk subarus ?

North Yorkshire ,any ideas about them ?

SIDC never had any feedback from them ?

Scottish groups still waiting to hear from ayreshires /Scottish net and D&G groups

rich how come you were gonna do a joint stand with CADS? When are you running up there? what time and which route you taking do you know?

 

Think it was just a space idea like last year ... it worked fine ....
But i need a bit more space this year ..

I have just posted on the hatch section so if one of you guys could take over to find 8 or so hatches get a list together then we can allocate a separate section for them
What we tend to do is park all the club stands round the edges and the middle is left for the new bigger arena and prehaps parking for maybe 60 cars that are not part of clubs
The clubs then bombard the independents with offers to join the various clubs
That was part of the <vision> of the NBO to get every one involved in their local clubs networks .

 

We are one of those clubs... if your going to the NBO9 but not with a club, you are more than welcome to join our stand, whatever Subaru you have... so long as your friendly and dont mind a rowedy bunch of Scoobyheads lol

 

You don't need to invite Lord Harding...he IS MR NBO. Without his <vision> there would be no NBO!!
