17" WRX WHEELS OFF 2003 BLOBEYE

TYRES ARE GOOD YEAR EAGLE F1 EXCELLENT CONDITION BUT ONE CENTRE CAP IS CRACKED,TWO TYRES NEED REPLACING AND TWO HAVE APPROX 4 MM ON THEM.IM IN BOLTON,MAKE ME AN OFFER
