Question

Can anyone recommend a good place in Teeside for Servicing my 95 WRX ??

I used to use a place in Newcastle but that's too far to travel now as I work on Teesdie.

Cheers

Hi Octane man

Had my MY98 since last April and have always taken it to SG PETCH at Richmond. They have just fitted some Godspeed discs and Mintex pads for me on my last service. It's about a 50 mins. run from Teesside (which may be further than you want to go), but takes in some great roads!!!
My mate has a MY01 and is happy with his service at Chapmans in Pickering.
Don't know of anyone closer.

Hope this helps,
Ade.

Thumbs up

The only two for Subaru service near T'side are Chapmans at Pickering and the Petch garage at Richmond. I think there is also one at Knaresborough.

I take mine to Chapmans and haven't had any bother...although I don't think they are used to doing mods to cars.

One thing to be said about the drive to Pickering is that the road from Teesside to Helmsley is fantastic although keep a careful watch for the pigs.

My mate Rawsy has a P plate and he gets his done somewhere in the boro now that it is out of warranty. Drop him a line he is on scoobynet somewhere and I am sure he will pass comment

Cheers

Hi Octane Man
I can definately recommend Champions Garage at Castleton.
Telephone number 01287 660203
They are an independant friendly family run business which specialises in Scoobies and Evo's. The family do a lot of rallying and are very experience in high performance cars. They have done several bodywork mods to my MY01 to the highest of standards.
Their labour rate is extremely competative also.
Ask for Ryan or Joyce if you phone
Good luck

Martin

Thanks for the replies guys, much appreciated..

I've found a place 10 miles from where I work and they're gonna collect the car from me and leave me a courtesy Celica for the day incase I need to get about.

Cheers
